If a maintenance issue occurs after hours and is not an emergency please phone or email gateway@gatewaycg.org.au and your request will be followed up during normal business hours 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
If a maintenance issue occurs after hours and is considered an urgent maintenance issue, please call the Department of Housing Emergency Maintenance Number 1800 808 107 from 6pm to 6am Monday to Friday and on weekends and public holidays.
You will be directed to a messaging service. Leave a message and make sure you say the job is urgent. The next available staff member will contact you and arrange the required tradespeople.
Maintenance issues not listed above are routine repairs and contact with Gateway staff should occur during normal business hours.
